Your pc screen is fine. It's not you, it's the building!
This house was designed by a Polish architect, Szotyńscy Zaleski. It was built in 2004 and now it is one of the most photographed building in Poland, having weird curvy walls and weird shaped windows. The building contains shops, cafes and bars. Don't worry it's not going to implode, it just looks that way.
It reminds me of a haunted house. Must be Halloween.
